TERMS OF SERVICE
To attend a trial class, you will need to register an account with our class manager portal. Ahead of making any purchase and/or upon registering an account, you will be asked to tick a box on our class manager site which says “I Accept the Terms and Conditions”. In ticking that box, you will be accepting the terms set out here.
Please take care in reading our terms & conditions before enrolling at Dance Dimension.
All terms are in place to enable safe dance practice, deliver excellent classes, maintain standards, enable longevity & to maintain all overheads of Dance Dimension.
Upon enrolling into classes at Dance Dimension a legally binding agreement is formed and your attendance at our classes will be strictly subject to full cooperation with these terms.
Please note that if any student is in material or persistent breach of any of these terms and conditions, we reserve the right immediately to terminate the contract with you and/or exclude you from attending further classes until such time that the matter can be resolved or the agreement is terminated, without further liability to you.
Trial Classes
All students are welcome to trial a class in each genre.
There is a trial charge per class: Children classes £6.50 , Adult Classes £8.50
The trial payment needs to be paid in advance & cannot be refunded once paid. If you cannot
attend your original trial date, Dance Dimension will be happy to move this date once (as long
as the class list is not full).
You are welcome to trial more than one class, but each class will need to be paid for.
Once a trial class has been attended, you will be asked if you would like to accept a permanent
space at Dance Dimension
New Starters/Enrolment
A cover payment is a one-time charge applied to new students who attend one or more classes before their first monthly payment is processed.
This payment covers any unpaid classes that occur between the enrolment date and the start of the regular monthly billing cycle.
The cover payment amount is calculated based on the number of classes attended prior to the first monthly bill.
The cover payment must be made before attending any further classes after enrolment.
A registration fee is included on your invoice upon enrolment.
If you are eligible for a class discount, it will be applied to your first monthly bill, not to the cover
payment.
The cover payment ensures that all classes are paid for and aligns your account with our regular monthly billing schedule.
How Monthly Payments Work
All monthly payments include our platform fee to cover administrative tasks and to make billing simpler.
We run three terms per year
• Autumn Term: September to December
• Spring Term: January to April
• Summer Term: May to August
To make things easier and more manageable, we divide your annual fees into 12 equal monthly payments, from September through August, regardless of how many classes take place in each individual month.
This means that even during months with no classes (like August), you will still make a payment.
You're not being charged extra—you're simply spreading the total yearly cost evenly across the entire year.
Here’s how the payments align with our terms:
Autumn Term: Payments made in September, October, November, December
Spring Term: Payments made in January, February, March, April
Summer Term: Payments made in May, June, July, August
By doing it this way, your monthly payments stay the same throughout the year, making it easier to budget and avoiding larger one-off payments at the start of each term.
Classes do not run in the summer holidays (end of July/August). Summer Workshops/Private Lessons will be available instead.
Billing
All monthly fees are due on the 1st of each month.
Upon enrolment, you are required to add your card details to our secure billing system, Class
Manager, which uses AutoPay to process monthly fees. This ensures timely and automated
payment of your account.
Your account is billed 1 day before your invoice is due to allow sufficient time for payment
processing and clearance.
If card details are not added in time, a manual invoice will be issued, and a £5 administration fee
will apply.
Your monthly payment amount will only change under the following circumstances:
- You add an additional class.
- You drop a class.
- We adjust fees for the upcoming academic year (you will be notified of any changes in advance via
email).
Late Payments & Failure to Pay Monthly Subscription
If we are unable to collect your monthly subscription payment on the 1st of the month, you will be notified via email and asked to log in to your Dance Dimension portal to pay the outstanding amount manually.
If payment is not received within 3 days of the due date, a £15 late payment fee will be applied to your account.
Students will not be permitted to attend class until the account has been brought out of arrears. If you have any questions or experience technical difficulties, please contact us at:
📧 dancedimension.info@gmail.com

To avoid being charged for an additional month, we require you to submit your notice by the 1st of the month prior to your intended end date.

The final payment will be due on 1st June

Student Wellbeing
Dance Dimension have updated Safeguarding/Health & Safety Policies & adhere that all staff members are DBS Checked & there is a First Aider on site when classes are being taken.
All policies can be requested from the principal.
The use of touch is an important element of teaching any performing arts. It can enable
students to execute the movement safely. Touch can be seen by lifting & adjusting different body parts i.e. arms, legs, rib cage, hips, feet, hands etc. It can also be used to move one student in relation to another. Any student who shows discomfort to the use of touch, Dance Dimension staff members will endeavour to find other methods to help develop their technique.
You understand and agree that dance teachers may use tactile feedback and instruction with students to support verbal feedback and instruction where appropriate.
A basic first aid kit is kept on the premises and staff members at Dance Dimension may administer basic first aid on students if necessary whilst a student is at the School. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, and otherwise as set out in these terms dance teachers and the School shall not be responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur and which are outside of our reasonable control.
